I will:

• Have at least 1-2 personal meetings with you.

• Attend your Birth Plan meeting with you and your caregiver.

• Send you, Doula Wendy’s Tuesday Tidbits (loved by all).

• Be available 24/7 for your labor and birth.

• Answer non urgent questions, usually before 24 hours.

• Be continued support through the duration of your labor and delivery and I will stay 1 to 2 hours postpartum or as appropriate.

• Do a follow up and check in around 1 to 2 days after delivery.

• Bring a nibblie around 1 week after birth.

• Secure backup in case of an emergency. I will need you to agree to this.

• Go with you to the hospital in case you have to be transferred.

We can always add to this list if you have special needs and requests.
